I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The management and maintenance teams have provided outstanding service, especially when it comes to work orders. Whenever I’ve submitted a maintenance request, the response has been timely, professional, and the staff has worked hard to make sure the issue was properly taken care of.

I especially appreciate the communication and follow-through. It makes a big difference knowing that when something comes up, the staff takes the concern seriously… and works to get it resolved.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received and appreciate the effort the entire team puts into taking care of the residents and the community. Thank you for the great service!

I had an excellent experience with our maintenance man! He did a fantastic job fixing both our dishwasher and garbage disposal. He was truly professional, efficient, and made sure everything was repaired properly before he left.

What I appreciated most was that he took the time to ask if we needed help with anything else. That really showed me that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. It’s refreshing to have someone who goes above and beyond to make sure… everything is taken care of.

I have a move there yet, but so far my experience is OK. It’s really hard to get anybody on the phone. That’s one of my biggest issues because I live out of state and I’m moving from out of state, and there was a lot of information that I need to know, and it’s just hard to get it on the phone. But apart from that, so far, it’s OK. Like I said, I haven’t lived in an apartment Well, update my review once I’ve been there for at least three months.
