Just about all my neighbors and I agree; living here sucks. If you can find someplace that treats both the staff and residents well, go there instead. Graystar is a megacorporation and does not care about your experience as a renter. However. The maintenance team are amazing and fantastic at their jobs. None of the office staff are the same whenever I go in, so I don't know about them.

This is a good place to live. When I 1st sold my house, & needed a nearby home to
live, Spencer 68 was brand new.Both the community & living environment met my
