I love the neighborhood/ community here and staff was friendly and welcoming would definitely be a place i would recommend it’s not far from my job either

Great apartment to live. Good location by the freeway and lots of shops. Neighbors are quiet. The complex is clean. No dog poop everywhere on the grass or commons areas however the dog park is unusable due to dog poop. The coffee machine is another great perk.

Only Issues parking, people who got cover parking spots would always park their car where it’s not cover n save their cover parking spots for family or friends who comes over.

Nice quiet area that is well kept and maintained. Far enough away from town but close enough to get to if needed. Been here for 2 years and have enjoyed my time thus far.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at Britton Place. I think the response time could be better. Often times it’s hard to get a hold of anyone in the office but at least they are friendly and helpful.
