For me,the community is beautiful, clean,and welcoming, the neighbors are warm and nice. The apartment I'm in is very lovely, there are 2 bed rooms, sizes perfect for us, the kitchen space is good, comes with stove, fridge and a microwave, bathroom is spacious, and the living dining room area is great. I love the fire place that is here. The pool view from our apartment is nice. The office is right out our door. There is a room provided to keep packages safe until you are ready to go get them.... The gym is there, to go work out when we want. There is a work area where we get to print and do computer work. grab coffee or tea when you want. What did they not think of!! If you have kids, there's the play area and if you just want to shoot hoop as an adult or teen, they've got you covered. TheParking offered is great there is enclosed garages, shelter garages, and other park spaces. I would and am recommending Brittion Park Place as the ideal location to live (single, couple, family. )

So far as a new resident I feel very welcomed. The leasing staff were phenomenal and made the process super easy. I was able to receive a quick tour and set up everything I needed so I could move in without any issues. They were accommodating to my individual circumstances and are willing to work with you as much as possible.
