Nice place to live. Friendly staff. Needs a little bit more maitanance. Relaxing pool and jacuzzi. Cozy sum. People are friendly and there are spots to rent or park.

The community is nice and quiet. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. So far within this first month of me staying here, I noticed the dumpsters get full pretty quick, the locker room is a little chaotic and Amazon doesn’t use it right, and there is not enough parking for residents.

I haven’t been here that long but the experience that I have had has been amazing. They have been welcoming since I first came across wanting to look. Shyla has been pushing things through for me to get here. Matt started the whole thing of me wanting to be here. I am excited to have applied and approved to be in Britton so that my family is safe and starting over.

Thank you guys for making my family feel welcome an safe again.
