Very clean and roomy apartment and people are friendly and staff here was very helpful with our move in. I love that we feel safe here and in our apartment. Only problem is parking for guests that is hard.

My partner and I have been here at The Dakota about 9 months and we love it! The community is nice, the management is competent and so very kind, and our apartment is extremely cute and just the right size for us. I'm so glad we landed here!

Great place to live, the noise isn't bad, amenities are nice and the staff is as well. The only issue that may come up for the average person here is parking as there are limited free spots.

Only issue is that there is not enough parking space. Everything else is perfect. Pool is great during the summer and interior of apartment is nice.
