Love living here!

I've been here about 3 years and have loved every minute! I love that it is gated and that the buildings are secured and can only be accessed with a secured code or fob

perfect place to live

Apartment complex is the most quiet place I’ve ever lived in yes you’ll still hear your neighbors walking up the stairs and sometimes talking but that’s what you get with an apartment don’t want that then get a house. Interior is very modern and clean great open concept. Absolutely no issues with parking if you just pay the small fee for your own spot. They do leave the gates open all day which is a negative but at the same time they constantly have security guards driving through and there’s... hundreds of cameras through out the entire community. Highly recommend to move here if you are looking for a place to live.

Miserable

Gates are open all day until 8pm, inviting plenty of bike theft and vehicle burglary.

Zero parking, holy cow. You'll be stuck parking on the street

We were billed hundreds for replacing carpet that was not damaged (we have photos) and when we asked why they simply said they're not change their mind.

Management allowed the upstairs neighbors to crash, bash, and bang on the floor for hours on end into the wee hours, despite Quiet Hours, the Quiet Enjoyment clause on the lease, and us... desperately asking for help. Our sleep and health suffered so badly the last few months.

So glad we moved

Biggest Regret

It seemed like a great place when we first moved in. Now it's outrageous. Absolutely no parking. Especially if you have a second car. You'll have to park in the neighborhood across the road if you can't find anything. The noise from the neighbors is pretty bad. You can hear everything. Even basic talking is heard. The apartment is barely a year old and has cracks. Not to mention they charge outrageous move out fees. For basic wear and tear to a wall or a small scuff. Say goodbye to your deposit... and expect to pay $1400+ just to get out. Overall you can't make this place a home. With such strict lease agreements. Or you'll pay for it.
