Truly a place to call home

Our new apartment at Bell Alderwood has been a massive upgrade from our previous place, and we couldn’t be happier with the move. The amenities are unbeatable, and everything in the common areas is consistently clean and well-maintained.

The entire leasing process was also incredibly smooth. We toured, applied, and were approved all within the same day, which we really appreciated.

A huge shoutout to Raoul, who was awesome throughout the whole process. He genuinely went out of his way to make… sure we were taken care of and made the experience easy from start to finish. We’re really happy to call Bell Alderwood home!

Pet waste and poor management

This property has a serious problem of dogs pooping in the hallways, which has been going on for months. Residents also frequently do not pick up their pet waste from outside areas which makes dog walking really unpleasant. We have notified management several times about this issue and they have been completely ineffective in dealing with it.

Not worth the money.

We’re just not getting our money’s worth.
It’s a pretty modern complex, with nice amenities but it’s getting full and it’s getting worse and worse.

First of all: SPEEDING & people & cars that don’t belong to residents just passing by and speeding everywhere.

Second, the pet wash room has been out of order since last month; all we got is a PAPER AT THE DOOR that says “out of hot water” (which equals out of order because who in theirs right mind bathes their dog in cold water in this weather?)… unacceptable. We pay WAY TOO MUCH to not have the amenities running at all times LIKE THEY SHOULD.

Thirds and most horrible of all: this is the worst insulation I have ever experienced. I can hear EVERYTHING the upstairs neighbor does; it drives me crazy, you can’t live in peace like this. Just cheaply built but crazy expensive.

The staff is nice, the apartments are modern & pretty but I will be definitely moving out once the lease is up.

Parking Warning!

If you want to move into a one-bedroom with your partner, know this property only allows one parking spot. They make the second person pay for a parking spot, which is fine, but here’s the catch - if new residents on the property move into a two-bedroom, they automatically get two parking spots. So their policy is, if two people are in a one-bedroom & one person is paying for a spot, they will take the parking spot back for the residents that just moved into the two-bedroom and make you park at… Alderwood Mall and walk home every day. I have never heard of that or can imagine not allowing your residents to park on-site. Crazy!

Incredible

The place is absolutely beautiful, love the amenities and the views. I especially love that the pool is heated. The leasing agent's name was Bailey and showed me around, she was super nice and knew the answers to all the questions I had. I highly recommend moving in, the price is worth all the extra amenities they have trust me.
