When I first moved in everything was great, however after a few weeks everything started to fall apart.
I spoke to the management several times across several months and always get told "were working on it" and nothing ever changes.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy:
Loud music, stomping, and yelling from neighbors.
Liquor bottles left half full in the hallway on a regular basis.
Dog poop in the hallways.
Misdelivered and/or stolen packages.
Dangerous Parking lot.
Paid parking spaces being... stolen.
Amenities that are closed more often than open.
Tobacco smoke in the hallways.

This property has a serious problem of dogs pooping in the hallways, which has been going on for months. Residents also frequently do not pick up their pet waste from outside areas which makes dog walking really unpleasant. We have notified management several times about this issue and they have been completely ineffective in dealing with it.

We’re just not getting our money’s worth.
It’s a pretty modern complex, with nice amenities but it’s getting full and it’s getting worse and worse.

First of all: SPEEDING & people & cars that don’t belong to residents just passing by and speeding everywhere.

Second, the pet wash room has been out of order since last month; all we got is a PAPER AT THE DOOR that says “out of hot water” (which equals out of order because who in theirs right mind bathes their dog in cold water in this weather?)... unacceptable. We pay WAY TOO MUCH to not have the amenities running at all times LIKE THEY SHOULD.

Thirds and most horrible of all: this is the worst insulation I have ever experienced. I can hear EVERYTHING the upstairs neighbor does; it drives me crazy, you can’t live in peace like this. Just cheaply built but crazy expensive.

If you want to move into a one-bedroom with your partner, know this property only allows one parking spot. They make the second person pay for a parking spot, which is fine, but here’s the catch - if new residents on the property move into a two-bedroom, they automatically get two parking spots. So their policy is, if two people are in a one-bedroom & one person is paying for a spot, they will take the parking spot back for the residents that just moved into the two-bedroom and make you park at... The place is absolutely beautiful, love the amenities and the views. I especially love that the pool is heated. The leasing agent's name was Bailey and showed me around, she was super nice and knew the answers to all the questions I had. I highly recommend moving in, the price is worth all the extra amenities they have trust me.
