Incompetent management
They don't care about their residents. They ignored my email and texts many times. I was stuck in the elevator once, and it took so long to get me out.

Things were broken all the time. One elevator was down for months. People had to go to the other side of the building to take elevator. There was a water flood in P1, and that was pretty bad. The garage door was down for a while, and I know some neighbors' cars were broken into. The main entrance was not working during the Christmas time.
The walls are very thin, so are ceilings. You can hear your neighbors' dogs barking all the time. Also, good luck with finding quiet neighbors. Some... neighbors are noise makers.
The property management was non-existence. No one can help you. A few of my emails were ignored, and I had to follow up to get a response.
The apartment is pricy compared to what you get. Plus, it has the most expensive parking and pet fees in the area. There are plenty of better options in Redmond/Bellevue.
Avoid!
