After 2.5 years, Modera River Trail continues to exceed expectations with excellent amenities, location, and service.
The community is well-maintained, and the leasing and maintenance teams remain responsive and welcoming.
I especially appreciate how resident feedback is genuinely heard and acted upon.
Still one of the best apartment communities I've lived in, and I highly recommend it.

Garage door sometime broke but compare to other apartment, it usually fixed within 1-2 weeks. Other than that, living experience are pretty good.
