I've lived here for two years and about to sign for my third. While staff turnout has changed a lot over the last two years, our current staff has got to be the most considerate I've worked with. I'm confidently going to renew my lease

The teams here are great! Whether it’s the awesome maintenance team (shout out to Lance!), or the amazing leasing/office team, this place is great! Amenities are perfect for summer, neighbors aren’t noisy, all good!

Batik has very cozy and homey feels. Spacious apartment, big closets and nice sound-proofing. It has great amenities such as lounges, gym, game room, coffee machine and roof deck area.
