A great place to live

I have lived at Lock Vista for almost four years, and I love it here. The buildings are comfortable, well-maintained, old-school “good vibes” buildings. The grounds are park-like. The team that runs it are just good people. Human beings. My fellow tenants are laid-back pet-people. And the location is the best part of the best part of the city. Join us.

Wonderful place to call home

I have lived here for several years now and I love it.

Soulful old building tastefully updated. Exceptionally well run.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood near the beach, the Locks, and Burke Gilman.

Great bus access, a short walk to downtown Ballard.

Full of laid-back animal people. Join us.
