Horrible landlord.

9 months and never repaired the gap in the screen door. Told me he won't put a new door in because it's expensive and he isn't putting any money into the building...it's just a retirement plan for him. Lights in the apartment flicker all at once...cell phone maybe charges, maybe not..clock on stove flashes and needs to be reset most mornings. Electrical nightmare...and probable safety nightmare...owner thought tightening a screw on the stove plug would fix it...duuhhhh. If you value your… life and possessions, do NOT rent from this man.
