Swan Creek

If I could give this complex zero stars I would. I lived here for 6 years and the previous management was fantastic. It truly was a “home”. I would’ve rated them 5 stars at that point.

Within the last year, they changed property management companies and the office manager changed as well. The new office manager is disorganized and lazy. We recently viewed apartments and applied to Swan Creek, we worked with Suela and Grace. They were extremely professional, knowledable and friendly during the entire process. Compared with other apartment complexes we visited the ladies at Swan Creek stood out above the rest. It is a great indication of how this property is run. I lived here for 3 years and absolutely love the apartment complex. Wonderful leasing office and maintenance staff, beautiful neighborhood, and overall a great community! I never had an issue the entire time I lived here and the only reason I left was because I was moving out of state. I lived in a lot of different apartments in the past and Swan Creek is by far the best.

I was having the worst of times trying to find a place in the Madison area, that was at a reasonable price for the amount of space. Along with being in a good neighborhood with not a lot of crime. After coming up with a dead end after dead end with other apartment companies or just being confronted with rude agents. Who would basically bait and switch apartments when I would call them and state what I was looking for and they would say they had it, then when I went to the showing the apartment... would be total opposite of what I was asking for. I called Swan Creek and was able to schedule a showing the same day and I wasn't ready for the miracle I was about to been shown.

The apartment building is across from a beautiful park with a tennis court and play ground. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. Rooms are spacious. Building is well taken care of, has underground parking, security cameras, locked enterance ways. Plus the agent was very friendly, kind, and open to any needs I had or any concerns. The maintenance staff is also friendly and take care of the grounds and building needs in a professional way.

The only con I have about the apartment is when the air conditioning is on the vent is loud in the master bedroom but you get use to it or find ways to drown it out. But besides that it has been wonderful.

This is a nice complex nestled in a suburban city just outside the big city. You still have quick access to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The location even makes my commute to work short and easy. The grounds are well landscaped and maintenance is superb! Even though it does not have a lot of amenities, there still is a fitness center and gazebo area with grills.
