Good Apartment, Excellent Property Manager
My family and I have had a tremendous experience at Van Buren East. We have dealt with bad landlords and poor management in the past, but the team at Van Buren East are exemplary.
Alicia, in particular, stands above the rest. She is kind and always available to take our call or answer any questions. Unlike many property managers I have experienced over the years who make you feel like just another paying customer, Alicia always goes out of her way to make you feel welcome, listened to, and... valued. She makes you feel like neighbor or a friend rather than just a tenant. When it came time to look for a bigger apartment, our first choice was to stay at Van Buren East, in main part, due to Alicia's kindness and help this past year. My family cannot say enough good things about Alicia.
The property itself is very nice and reasonably priced for Madison. We love our current 1bedroom plus den, but need a bit more space this year. We have never had an issue with our neighbors nor have we had any issues with noise. Maintenance is very quick to respond and helpful for all issues, including helping us to install curtains and a shower water filter.
If you're looking for a new apartment, look no further than Van Buren East where you will be treated happily with kindness and compassion.
