Van Buren Place

I have lived at Van Buren Place for a little over 3 months and have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in apartment living. Friendly “hellos” each time you see a staff member and you can tell they genuinely care when they ask how you’re doing. They recently had a hot chocolate bar and gift wrapping station set up for the holiday, super cute! Looking forward to the rest of my lease here and hopefully more!

If you are looking for a home with a dedicated and caring staff; this is it. A phone call, email, or text to them, never goes unanswered. Stop into the office; and, they great you with a smile. My few concerns have been handled professionally and resolved quickly. They offer detailed communication for the move in process. The homes are high quality and clean. I recommend touring here.

I had a wonderful time at Van Buren Place during my 2 years there. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen appliances were great! Jen and Jodi, the property managers, are very kind people and very knowledgeable and helpful for any questions I had throughout my time. They were very friendly and were always ready to wave hello from their offices as I passed by to go to the fitness center.
