I've been here about two weeks. So far, my experience has been positive and continues to be positive.
The property management staff has been responsive answering my questions, sharing a utility cart to move my stuff in, and just being helpful.
I love the light in my apartment and how quiet it is here. I get cranky when there's lots of noise "pollution" from streets and traffic. I don't find that here at all. Yay!
People here are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. I've spent time... down by the pool and met a number of people there; long-time residents, as well as people who have been here less than a year, and again, I' m reassured that I made the right decision coming to Glacier Valley.

Staff has been very helpful and so nice! I love our new space, and the layout of the loft is amazing! Such a cute neighborhood and love having a pool!

I have lived at Glacier Valley since May 2024. Everything has gone smoothly since move in - management, maintenance, etc. I would definitely recommend Glacier Valley to anyone looking for their next home.
