A nice place to call home

We love our town home. We have been tennets for just over a year. The property is nice and the property manager, Roger, is fantastic. He really cares and is quick to respond with any issues (which we personally have had very few). Every unit has an attached garage, Roger is constantly updating the units, and the neighborhood is nice and dog friendly! Other reviews mention the property owners are not as great, but we honestly rarely have to deal with them, so thus far it hasn't been an issue. The… one time I did connect with them via email it was quick and polite.

Unit manager is great. Katz Properties is a joke

I am very happy with our on-site property manager Roger. He is responsive and will always take care of any issues. However, the owner of the properties Katz is a joke. He cares more about increasing your rent every year but doesn’t update the properties nor cares about his tenants. I would think twice about renting with them if you want a property owner that cares.

Rent increases (over 23% in two years region-wide) however unwelcome, are a by-product of increased municipal taxes and ever-increasing costs. Wonderful Apartment and Community

Terrific apartment with plenty of space and nice finishings! The property manager is very approachable and truly cares that the residents are happy. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

Three year resident

I've been through four maintenance mangers in three years, and while that doesn't sound like a positive point, I want to note that the unresponsive managers were removed and the company kept pursuing the matter until they got the RIGHT candidate. Our current manager, Roger, (like our first manager) is very responsive, asks good questions, and communicates with us until the job is done. We are really pleased. Thank you!

Quiet, Comfortable Living

We have been at Prairie Oaks in Verona for 9 months and the experience overall has been great. Roger (Property Mgr) is very responsive with any maintenance request and genuinely cares about the tenants, which is uncommon most other places. Spacious and cozy apartments, very safe neighborhood overall.
