Clean and gorgeous community

My wife and I recently moved here from out of state and we have had an amazing experience. Our unit was spotless and much larger than we anticipated. The people in the front office are very kind and helpful with any questions we have had. They also hold events in the office that are awesome for meeting other residents. Overall our experience has been wonderful and we recommend sanctuary at Indian creek to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, dog friendly community. - Michael Martin

Actually Luxury!

My husband and I moved here sight unseen from the other side of the country and Joey was super helpful throughout the whole process. On move-in day, everything went smoothly and the unit was ready for us. The unit is way more spacious and beautiful than the online tour even showed. This apartment has the best appliances and materials used and truly feels like a luxury apartment. We love having our own little yard/ doggy door, and the large dog park is perfect for our pup. We highly recommend and... we can’t wait to continue spending our time here at sanctuary at indian creek. -Kaylin Martin

Awesome place to live

This is me and my boyfriend first time renting and we have loved every second. Since the day we came and toured I had no doubt this is where I wanted to be. The hot tub is such a great amenity that so many apartments don’t have. I love only being connected to one other person instead of having people living all around me. There is even options for a stand alone home if that’s what you’re interested in. I love the app we can use to open our front door, change the temperature in the house, etc.... The staff has always been so nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Nice homes, Safe community

When we decided to move to Madison, we toured 6 different rental home communities. Sanctuary at Indian Creek was the best option for quality of homes, price, and safety. We love the gated community and would feel comfortable having children in a community like this! We love the dog-friendly features too! Like the doggy doors in every home!
