These people use paint for every problem. Our bathtub was peeling, caulk and grout were cracking and black mold was trying to grow (we had to use bleach continuously to try to control it). They reapplied caulking and repainted the whole tub and surround. Just a few months and we had the same thing.
Kitchen and bathroom countertops are painted with a spatter design. Minor scrubbing to clean stains removes the spatter and leaves a splotchy countertop.
Rent is excessive and not worth the product.... Beware!
