Community is nice, the new management company has made some positive changes to the area. There are some hurdles but what neighborhood doesn't have them? I have lived here for 7 years so far, so I can appreciate the improvements.

It could be better they charge too much money for the rent and the laundry rooms are always broken/paying a lot for water and trash and other charges I just moved in to a upgrade unit and now I'm seeing mice my unit appliances were not new the shower is missing paint around the shower faucets stove old
