I was genuinely very excited to move into the community, as the location and overall appearance initially made a strong impression. Unfortunately, my experience since moving in has been disappointing and has made me wish I had done more research beforehand. Except for one individual, interactions with the leasing office and concierge felt unwelcoming, as though I was inconveniencing staff rather than being supported as a new resident. The move-in process lacked care, friendliness, and helpful... guidance. Additionally, the unit itself was not fully move-in ready. Several issues were not addressed before my arrival, and despite only being here a few days, I continue to discover items that require repair. This has made the transition far more stressful than expected.
