One of the elevators on the North Side is often not working and this is most inconvenient. Finally when the elevator arrives it is overcrowded and this is most problematic when trying to get to work on time

the place has a very good location.
The area is beautiful, quiet and everything is close by.
The people who work here are very friendly
Many things are improving in the building.
I do recommend living here.

My apartment community is quiet and friendly.
There is no loud music in my area. If I meet any of my neighbors coming out of their apartment, they are friendly or cordial.

The office staff are friendly but professional. They attended to any needs that I had. The maintenance workers are very helpful. They fixed any problems that I had in my apartment.

I feel very comfortable and safe living here at Arrive North Bethesda.

Amenities are okay but management is unserious, particularly Sharon. Elevators are horrible and unreliable. Garage door has been perpetually open for weeks. Roaches in unit when we moved in.

its been a month since imoved in at my apartment here at ARRIVE and i like how its pet friendly. Whenever my friends visit, they can bring their dog pet and his name is Gelo and he has an amazing time everytime he visits. The people that lives here are also friendly. The staff here at arrive apartment are also helpful and nice.
