From day one we have felt nothing but welcomed. I love getting to know my neighbors while either waiting for an elevator, going to the gym or a quick dip in the pool. Staff are amazingly welcoming too! I always get a warm hello from whoever is working at the concierge desk and Ms. Sharon helped me get through the leasing process with her natural friendliness and professionalism. I have truly loved being a resident at Arrive.

It’s a nice place but with a lot of defects specially with the elevator breaking ever week ,they took almost a year to fix some appliances flooding every time it rains.

I love how clean the community is kept and how safe it feels here. It is extremely dog friendly and you don’t have to leave the property to take them outside.
