I have been a resident at Arrive North Bethesda for 5 years. I truly enjoy the community and location. Staff including property manager, leasing office (Ms. Sharon in particular), front desk and maintenance crew have been nothing short of fabulous. Everyone is kind and friendly and I really feel like I'm home when there. Of course it's an older building but Staff tries they're hardest to fix issues in a timely manner. My family and I are very happy living here.

I have had a very disappointing experience living at this apartment community. Maintenance requests are either delayed or not properly addressed, which has been extremely frustrating. Management has also made multiple billing errors that required repeated follow-ups to correct, causing unnecessary stress.

I have been here for 3 months. It has been great and the management staff are very helpful.

The property being close to pike and rose is huge advantage.

Beautiful view with Amazon unit layouts but a lot of bug problems . The elevators are always slow which makes me late. Also when important news needs to be shared the staff would keep it from us for days
