I've been at Arrive North Bethesda fir almost 5 years. I truly love living in this community. The building may be old and needs maintenance work done frequently but that doesn't take away from the awesome view, great neighbors, great leasing, maintenance and housekeeping staff, and prime location of building. I really consider it home.

The neighborhood it is amazing. Pike and rose near by, metro near by, different restaurants, different malls walking distance. The building itself it’s very old and cockroaches are a major issue.

I just moved in and I was amazed by the beautiful lobby area and the lovely greeting by staff. The building is clean and the neighbors seem to be respectful.

From day one we have felt nothing but welcomed. I love getting to know my neighbors while either waiting for an elevator, going to the gym or a quick dip in the pool. Staff are amazingly welcoming too! I always get a warm hello from whoever is working at the concierge desk and Ms. Sharon helped me get through the leasing process with her natural friendliness and professionalism. I have truly loved being a resident at Arrive.

It’s a nice place but with a lot of defects specially with the elevator breaking ever week ,they took almost a year to fix some appliances flooding every time it rains.
