I mixed feelings about the property. Been here for 2 years and haven't had too many issues with the neighbors especially after moving to a new unit on the ground floor. I just wish the apts. had more space for the price they are charging and also if the inside renovations were done with some integrity. The front office staff when different when I moved in. Before the ladies were pleasant and very helpful. This new crew seems a bit harsh and irritated when asked too many questions. This is part... of the reason I don't go to any of the front office events because I don't feel like I belong here and I definitely don't want to be around other people. Overall, since I stay in my little hole in the wall and don't bother anyone, then everything is fine.

My experience as a whole is good just a little disappointed that they don't upgrade some of the appliances ie. Refrigerator or stove pretty much the same appliances when complex was built but like I said over all I'm pleased

Its okay. Apartment hallways are dirty. I reached out to someone about it but got very unpleasant response. Rent is a bit high but apartments are nice.

It is a place to stay for now :-) Everyplace has it's own issues and neighbors. You just have to make the best of it. The office staff help where they can but there are also some neighbors who feel entitled.
