Great customer service

Tierra was very kind and polite to me and my family. She was very knowledgeable about not only the property but the community as well. My wife and I feel like this would be a great fit if we decide to move. Tierra played out the welcoming mat showing us the best hospitality we’ve experienced in a long time. She did a wonderful job and you should be proud to have her as part of your team.

Move in was perfect everyone is very friendly. Maintenance is great with repairs. Snow removal could have been better. Vehicles that had shoveled out were being blocked in.

It's a nice quiet community. The office can do better with communication when you need something fixed in your unit (ex. If a part is on back order, let the tenant know Instead of keep stating someone will be on the way)

So far the apartment has been fine --- but dont expect maintenance to be fast or good at their jobs. Have not had a usable side of our stove for over a year.
