So far so good, the maintenance employees are very attentive and effective. My neighbors are loud. I do enjoy the community events and the pool the summer

Move in was perfect everyone is very friendly. Maintenance is great with repairs. Snow removal could have been better. Vehicles that had shoveled out were being blocked in.

It's a nice quiet community. The office can do better with communication when you need something fixed in your unit (ex. If a part is on back order, let the tenant know Instead of keep stating someone will be on the way)

So far the apartment has been fine --- but dont expect maintenance to be fast or good at their jobs. Have not had a usable side of our stove for over a year.

Maintenance is usually on top of things. Quiet neighborhood. Never an issue out there. Office members are helpful if anything arises. Been here 2 years so far with little to no complaints
