Love living here. We have been living at Milo for a year and couldn’t be happier.
Beautiful complex with modern well appointed apartment homes.

Check your apartment 3 times before moving all of your stuff in. Odds are, the entire place will still be dirty.

Dirty hall ways. Glass doors aren’t cleaned correctly. Steps up to the apt building need to be swept or use a blower to clean the steps. They are very dirty and dangerous. Broken cement steps. Tenants use their patios for storage, notice came out patios are not to be used for storage, though it has not been enforced
