Clogged Sink It was a very great transformation of our sink. Our sink had been clogged only for a couple of days, and the team met the expectations I had in them. They rushed to the sink ASAP, and got it fixed in no time. They had great communicatiom with the problems, and were so respectful. 5/5

Awesome but the wait was too long. Not on the team but computers had a glitch and I was there too long and missed other appointments for that day. Got last apartment and it had a lot of stairs. But overall I’m satisfied

Writing this review as a currently frustrated renter at Clarendon Hills Apartment Homes. You will never find a kinder and more efficient maintenance staff but you do not want to rent here because of how difficult it is to get problems resolved.
We for three years have battled it out to have an ant infestation resolved and it would take months for them to finally contact us and get the problem resolved.
The only person you can talk to is there front office person which is a constantly... revolving door since they're dealing with unhappy residents. There is no phone number for the property manager, they are only open at their office Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-5p and should you need to resolve any kind of issue that involves the property spending money to maintain a clean and safe home, they will not be prompt with resolving your problems.
