I have been living there for 5 years it is the most perfect and decent apartment you could ever live in. It has a garage,washer and dryer inside of your home, and the atmosphere is very lovely for kids they have a playground and also a park for the kids.also it is surrounded by elementary schools and middle schools not to mention the stores are in walking distance. You also have a movie theater in walking distance. I would recommend anyone who has kids and need all those luxury items in their... apartment Carmel is the one.

This is a safe, gated community with spectacular amenities. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I live on the third floor, and it is such a quiet and warm environment. This community is great for any lifestyle, single or family. The floorplan for my unit is inviting, and has a washer and dryer, with a large kitchen( which are all recent remodels)and a huge master bedroom. Each unit has a large balcony which can fit furniture for four, to enjoy the beautiful weather and views. The gym... has all types of equipment to meet any athlete's needs. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and patio areas are always clean and welcoming. There is even a wading pool and a playground for the kids. They offer after school tutoring and sports programs for students. A community calendar is provided each month, and events such as pizza nights or BBQ's ore planned for residents and guests. There are shopping centers, movie theatres and restaurants within one block, a short a quick walk. This community is a pleasant and comfortable place to call home.

The Carmel Apartments are in excellent condition and have a superior management team that manages these apartments like no other. The apartment buildings are painted on a regular basis and the grounds are always well kept. Any maintenance needs are handled quickly with outstanding customer service. I have never seen a better quality apartment complex in all of my nearly six decades of life.
