I enjoy living here very much! Been here a long time. And have seen alot of people come and go. Good and bad. Mostly good! I wish our rent wouldn't go up every year. Another few years and I won't be able to afford the rent there.

Too much noise from neighbors with no repercussions. Nice layout and staff just horribly inconsiderate neighbors who don’t follow the rules and policies.

Going on 7 years living here and I love it! Office and Maintenance team rock it! Any issues I have had maintenance wise or otherwise was dealt with promptly and professionally every time. My kids and grandkids love it here, They love to come visit Especially the main pool! :):):)

Garbage disposal doesn't work. Front porch light is out, shower glass door gets off track easily, and kitchen light takes forever to turn on after I flip the switch for some reason.

So far this has been a pleasant experience here at San Cierra. Friendly staff and beautiful property. I am excited to see how living here will be. The tour went lovely and I enjoyed the space.
