Management Issues
Management has always and still is an issue (sometimes).
Management at the beginning was horrible but got progressively better with new management.
Managements organization and use of time or rather "time management" skills have always and still is an issue regardless of the pandemic it was exactly the same before.
It's conveniently located in terms of being able to get places but horrible if you lack a car or don't have a job, the area is more of a dead-zone then a thriving place if you seek... work of any kind.
