The pool is not heated during the winter months. No pets are allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 25. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation, and no parties or events are allowed without prior approval. All properties are non-smoking. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property.
