NOT SAFE

Security & CRIME. The community is gated.. but most of the time they are broken and remain open day & night. Car break ins & theft are reported on a weekly basis. There has been 7 reports in the last week on our resident community board. Residents have begged that they bring in overnight security. In which they decline and instruct us to contact the PD, which hasn’t stopped any of the ROBBERY. Late night “soliciting” & door handles being aggressively shaken have also been reported. I do not feel… safe here. This is not a place you want to move your family too. Please seek other options or communities.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. If you were you able to attend last week's Chandler PD meeting we hosted at our clubhouse or reviewed the recap email we sent out, both provided valuable information addressing each of… your valid concerns.

One important takeaway was all but one of the recent reports of theft were committed upon unlocked vehicles. Locking and not storing valuables in your vehicle is the best way to prevent these crimes of opportunity.

Beautiful complex and people!

I'm someone who uses reviews for literally everything. I hardly leave reviews myself, but after viewing this complex I felt compelled. I'm new to the city so I've been looking all over for an area that is safe, affordable, easy commute, and fun! After weeks of searching Chandler seemed like the best fit. Camden seems to have all around great apartment complexes, but the one I toured in Chandler really impressed me. I was greeted by all members in the office as well as some friendly residents.… The complex was super clean, and you just get so much more bang for your buck in apartment space and upgrades!

I was looking for a place to call home, and I can say that this place definitely gives you that vibe!

the most exclusive apartment complex

Camden chandler location is the most exclusive complex I have ever toured and lived in. The staff is amazing Jessica is so sweet, helpful and attentive. The complex had a beautiful setup with so many amenities that no other complex offers like 25 hour amenity access and wifi and premium cable included in the rent. the where you pay rent offers go green options and a savings plan to pay at anytime throughout the month I plan on living in this beautiful oasis of an apt complex for years to come… .thw location is great the floor plans are beautiful and the staff is amazing. thank you Camden chandler

Camden Living is Excellent

Camden Chandler is a new build apartment located in the heart of this all American city. It is close to the freeway and many good schools and shopping centers which makes it an excellent choice for those who like to have access many local services. The Internet provider is Cox and it is super-fast and cable is include in rent which is great! As with many new builds there are a few growing pains such as low water pressure and ongoing construction. However I can see a bright future for this… apartment. Camden Chandler is excellent for everyone, both small and large families can be easily accommodated with apartments ranging from 1-3 rooms. Pets are also welcome and so far pet owners have been responsible with cleaning up after their pets. We have had to call for service requests within our apartment and they have responded fast and left us satisfied with there level of service. The staff overall has been extremely friendly and The pool and club house and fitness centers are amazing! I would strongly recommend this apartment for family or friends or anyone looking for a modern new place to live.
