San Privada

Ok, lets start with me saying, This is a real nice place. Let me also say, you pay extra for EVERYTHING you see. Rent is high here. Luxury apts. You have to pay to stay. You have to pay for a trash service, that picks up your trash, outside your front door, Sunday thru thursday ONLY. No holiday pickup either. You pay $29.00 for this. This is NOT an option. Its built in to your lease. You pay a facilities fee, an administration fee, Gas fee, to heat pool and gas BBQ's is my guess, you don't have… any gas in your apt. $25.00 pet fee per animal. This is every month!!!! That being said, This place is very nice and clean. Any problems I have had, were taking care of in a very timely manner. They have people who clean up the grounds every morning. Pool area is very nice. Has a resort feel to it. Great club house, TV's at the covered pool area, as well as the club house. They have a 24 hour office area with Mac and Pc computers, that residents can use free, with fax machine and printer. This is an gated complex, I like that a lot. Some people can pay EXTRA for a garage other wise you get covered parking. The staff are and have always been very friendly. So I guess you just have to decide if you want to pay $$$$ to live here. The San Privada is literal a palace. You really do "get what you see". You can tell that theses guys here are not just some classic apartment guys they are true royalty. From there ads, pictures, and design everything is just flawless. You cant go wrong here. Its worth every penny and the make sure of it. I would recommend The San Privada to all.

San Privada is a Mark Taylor property. This is the best set of apartments that I have ever lived in. It has a huge salt water pool, a great workout room with every kind of equipment that you can imagine both open 24 hours a day7 days a week. It also has a clubhouse with big screen televisions and is a gated community.

This is my first apartment in 15 years and I just have to say I made the right choice. Looked at numerous nearby apartment complexes and none come close to the upscale feel for the price as San Privada does. Excellent amenities. Very courteous staff. Love the daily trash collection. Well priced for the location, size and appointments in each apartment. The garages are amazing too. Had one problem, a clogged dishwasher, was handled the same day.
