All the 5 star reviews on here are fake

If you look at all of the legitimate WRITTEN reviews they are almost all 1 star but somehow this place has a 4.4 average rating? This place is an absolute joke. They are dishonest, unprofessional, rude and consistently underdeliver in almost every way possible. It’s honestly disgusting how people still get a way with making so much money they way they do.

Love living here!

Community is great! So peaceful and safe! The property offers a lot of amenities. The staff is wonderful and so easy to work with. They made my move in experience amazing! I love living here!

AVOID

Items get stolen CONSTANTLY. The "gates" to the apartment doors can be opened by just reaching through and pushing the door open from the other side. Office staff is unhelpful, unprofessional, and just all around a joke to deal with. Not to mention the apartment is extremely overpriced and they will go up on rent every time your lease is up for renewal. Save yourself the headache and the annoyance of dealing with stolen goods non stop and find a community that actually cares about their… residents and keeping them safe.

We apologize on behalf of the delivery company didn't utilize the lockers. We allow residents to… choose if they want to Opt in for Parcel Pending or if they prefer to have deliveries at alternate locations such as friends/family nearby, possibly work, or other pick up locations provided by the couriers. Let us know if you need a list of alternate pick up locations if you prefer.

Save yourself the headache

Absolute joke of an apartment complex. They are extremely overpriced. The staff is unhelpful and just straight rude. That is if you can even get someone on the phone. If you want to have anything delivered just go ahead and forget it. They let packages just lay on the ground in the ONLY room in the entire complex that doesn’t require a key so you will have your packages stolen (I’m at three stolen this month, 15 days). If you want anything oversized delivered, forget that too. Their solution… “just have it delivered to a friends house”. Trust me, save yourself the headache and the money and go somewhere else.

Takes deposits under false pretenses

Looks like we had similar issues as other applicants. We pay for the application and submit out paperwork. We are approved via email and the rental website, at that point we pay out earnest deposit because we are “approved”. Well shortly after we get an email and phone call saying wait actually you are not approved - we need to provide more paperwork and that it will take time to review. We don’t have time and already had an application in for another rental - we are approved no problem for our… other location so we move forward with them.

The next day I get an email that actually we are approved! Like what?! Extremely unprofessional

I emailed saying we went with different location and would like our earnest deposit back since they should have never taken it in the first place. Nope its non refundable regardless that they took it under false pretenses
