I like the apartment itself despite the cheap design and materials (i.e. cabinets that fall and shatter belongings). What I dislike is that management has still not figured out a way for the residents to get their packages reliably. I’ve never lived anywhere where the residents are expected to rifle through a mailroom for their packages, many of which may be oversized or even unknown to the resident. This place is marketed as a luxury living experience. It is not. I’ve found packages of mine... outside in the parking lot, thrown in the floor of the lobby, and there are others I never found. Receiving packages isn’t an amenity. It’s a necessity and one should expect to receive them reliably when one pays this much in rent. It’s certainly not set up to feel like “home.” It is a holding place for people waiting for home. And the management never lets us forget it. They are always creatively discovering new ways to patronize us like children rather than residents in a space that employs them.

Our community does receive a very high volume of deliveries every day,... far more than most apartment communities, and while we do our best to manage and organize them, there are unfortunately factors outside of our control, such as delivery drivers leaving packages outside of secured areas or dropping them after hours. To help ensure the best delivery experience, we always recommend updating delivery instructions with carriers to note our office hours and direct them to deliver during the day. In the meantime, our team goes into the package room daily to organize and place items into the locker system whenever possible to keep things secure and accessible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Please know we’re committed to doing everything we can to improve this process, and we hope we can turn your experience around moving forward. - Team Tyler

The Tyler is a fantastic place to live! The entire staff is super helpful and kind and makes every interaction a joy. The property is incredibly well maintained and the amenities are top notch. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to live!

I love living here it is amazing. It's such a luxurious place to live and everything I need is in my building or parking lot of my building. I can get food dessert groceries workout and shop all in there place that I live its awesome. The amenities here are also amazing I love everything about where I live
