A fine of $500 will be imposed if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises. No parties or events/gatherings are allowed. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with parking guidelines. For units that permit pets, if you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Building amenities may be temporarily unavailable or closed without notice due to necessary maintenance, incidents, or at the discretion of the building/community. Regular pest control is conducted at the property. You may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants, but not limited to ants, which is normal and will be addressed promptly.

All guests must choose between a $400 refundable security deposit or a $40 nonrefundable damage waiver after booking.
