Club Valencia Luxury Apartments

I have been a resident at Club Valencia for about 3 months and I am already excited to renew my lease for another 12 months. Club Valencia has the best staff and they are extremely helpful. I have interacted with many of them during my time to pick up packages, request maintenance or if I have any questions. They are always friendly and willing to assist. The complex is situated in a very calm and friendly neighborhood just off the main street of Peoria where there’s all the restaurants and… shopping you can want. I personally love that it is very close to a Target. There is also a nice park just a block away with a beautiful grassy area and a playground. The complex itself is a beautiful gated community. There is a sparkling pool and hot tub as well as an awesome clubhouse! There’s also a great fitness center that is open 24 hours. I personally enjoy working out in the evening after work so it is lovely that I get to use it on my schedule unlike other apartment communities. The apartments are layed out very well with each unit having at least one patio/balcony. They all come with great appliances and a couple extra luxury bonuses such as a dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer! The community is quiet but they do partner with a security team to ensure that the evenings are quiet and safe as well. I have never felt unsafe in this community and it has been lovely. The team hosts events which are lovely for the apartment community. Just recently, they hosted a gift wrapping station and a hot chocolate station for the holidays. I spent the holidays away from my family this year and it was nice to be able to wrap my presents for my close friends and grab a hot chocolate complete with crushed candy canes and whipped cream, to feel the sense of the holiday spirit. Overall - I love Club Valencia. I have lived in three states and multiple cities and this is the first apartment community that has felt like a home. I’ve lived here for almost two years and have loved every day! The pool is always clean and there’s never a stray cat in sight

I moved into this community October of 2020 and am on my second lease currently. In that time I've had a few major issues that maintenance has had to resolve. When they've arisen maintenance has been on top of them quickly and completed them so they did not recur.

Club Valencia has proven to be an excellent place to put down roots, my fiance and I love it here. The apartment is beautiful, the pool is well maintained and the office staff are kind and helpful.
