Location Almost Makes Up, Almost

Our apartment was delivered to us in state of disrepair, noted in their own walk through documentation. A crack in the kitchen counter, chips in the flooring, chips and discoloration in bathroom counters. Stuff not noted, they do not have garbage disposals. No window screen on living room window. Termites. The flooring in our "upgraded" apartment is inexpensive material that has been improperly installed, there are spots with the seams form a kind of tent effect, there are bubbles and it is… impossible not chip it. The A/C has been leaking water since we started using it. According to maintenance and management this is "normal" for these units, which are 20+ years old. They come, put a band aid on it, it starts leaking again about 4 weeks later. We spend a large part of the time with a bowl and towels in the hallway. They are small, if you are working from home, with extra furniture, your stuff won't fit. The saving grace is the location, right by Arrowhead Towne Center, dozens of places to eat and shop, close to Peoria Sports Complex and close to the 101.

While an older community than some of the newly constructed communities nearby, our maintenance… team diligently strives to have all appliances in good working order. Bedbugs :(

I’ve never had bedbugs before just moved out of my parents house. I didn’t even know they were real! Well they very much are at the reserve. My chest is covered in bites. Don’t rent !

We would like to get this treated as soon as possible. Please contact the office to schedule a time to have our pest control vendor come out and inspect to confirm Bed Bugs are present and to have them treat them accordingly.

Air conditioners go off often and they don't care

I live in this apartment. Air conditioners become non-working quite often. When called for emergency when temperature is above 85F, they will tell they have only two air coolers - and they are already given for other units. Can you believe they have only 2 coolers for an apartment with 600 or so units? I cannot move out until my lease expires, unfortunately. [P.S. I had to wait for 5 days to get A/C fixed last year. Today I have same issue - and they give their same answers - "we have only 2… coolers"]

literally screw you out of money and never answer maintence calls. I promise you won’t regret signing a lease with another complex. Do not choose this one!!

Ms Cobbs, a very disappointed rental who just want a beautiful place I either can call home gor once and enjoy

I'm very disappointed in the apartment that I have rented, by this complex. I was giving misinformation about my floorplan, and than apartment wasn't an upgrade apartment as promised. The view of my apartment is a dead grave scenery. I was promised bath tub in my floor plan as I seen it but once I was rushed into signing
the lease. I found out once I was handed, the keys I was totally mislead into an apt that wasn't near the model shown by one of the staff. I'm so depress on this apt but… has no more money v to break this lease for me and my three children. At this time. And I never till this day have recieve
my move in credit card from the rental once I was approved for my apartment. And than my refrigerator have mold and bacteria all throughout it and never once have they accommodate me in ordering male another.
