Overall, living conditions and amenities are fairly comfortable and nothing to complain. My feedback would be stop with the emails, it feels excessive, and the charge to park at our own home is ridiculous .

A lot of kids, so good for families with little children.

Nice place to live. Nice pool and BBQ area.
Club house has a pool table and shuffle board table.
Better for families and not as desirable for seniors, since there is a lot of kids and not always peaceful.

It was an easy, transparent process. We absolutely love the apartment, as well as the neighborhood. The staff members could be more accessible, but they are helpful when we can reach them. We love the amenities!
