I am pretty mad at this people liars

First of all I would like to take to the dark place of this community ok , I am pretty mad because they say you have a ring doorbell and it works it doesn’t work second the app didn’t work since the beginning when we move here . You’re paying for all this so call smart home and only for this not work at all , another the price you’re paying for this is $165 a month ok . They supposedly change the cameras on the door bell and they don’t have the old app for all this , now they have a new one when… I when to ask hey they say now they work were is the new app she say I don’t know and she say is going to be next week then next week came nothing holed two months already pass she they didn’t sent me or sent us the app on a text message ok every body have it except for us they denied to give it to us . So we here paying for nothing we have and they say is free is from the company yeah right don’t rent here ok please go rent a home for all the money you’re paying here is better a home and you don’t have to del with incompetent people who can’t even communicate with the people who are renting here , please don’t I beg you don’t rent here !!!!
