They do not honor promotions.
It’s so unfortunate to have to update this review but those of you thinking of living here need to be aware. THEY DO NOT HONOR THE PROMOTIONS THEY PROMISE. I have been nothing short of kind and patient with their terrible communication and I was met with this dishonesty. Do not expect to get the promotions they promise. Even if you have text proof. You will pay full price. You will have to follow up at least 10 times before you get an answer to anything and it will always be blamed on some... extenuating factor because no accountability is ever held. There are so many other places to live that will respect your time and hold their word. Go there. This place isn’t it.
