**RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS**

Credit Score Requirements:

- 530-599: Subject to possible denial; reviewed case-by-case; if conditionally approved, subject to increased deposit of 1.5x monthly rent
- 529 or lower: Denied

Income Requirements:
3 times the rent in verifiable monthly household income, with a minimum monthly income of $1,500.00 regardless of the rent amount.

Rental History Requirements:
No evictions or rent/housing-related judgements or collections within the last 3 years. Rent/housing-related judgements or collections include utilities and furniture leasing.
