All guests must be at least 55 years of age. All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form prior to check-in. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed; a $100 charge will apply to guests bringing more than 4 guests. No smoking is allowed; a $500 minimum cleaning charge will apply to guests who smoke inside the unit. Please report any property damage or broken items promptly, as damaged property may be billed to the guest.
