Lousy managers and maintenance

Apartments are fine if you take care of them. But if you need maintenance don't expect them anytime soon. Our ac unit leaks, they've "fixed it" several times, and still it leaks. Just recently the unit began to separate from the ceiling. According to the manager and maintenance, this is not an emergency, so out of their generosity they lent us a bucket so we don't get our socks wet.
