Laura the property manager and staff are exceptional and Laura goes above and beyond for people. The community is quiet and the landscaping is kept up and the grounds are neat clean. I loved the Century unit that I lived in for 2 years.

I lived here for a few years, it’s very well taken care of. I never had any problems living there. The only take away would be the some of the surrounding areas, not the greatest but again I never had any problems in the complex it was always clean and well kept up. It would be nice to have had washer and dryer hook ups inside the apartment but they have a cute little Laundry room on site. My wife and I lived in Emparrado for 5 years. It was a great location and the property was very well managed and maintained. Laura and Bryce were always available to help us out whenever we experienced issues and were really good at responding to our needs right away. We would have continued living there if our volunteer ministry had not taken us elsewhere. Overall, we really enjoyed our time living here and would recommend it to anyone needing a place to live.

My husband and I lived here for 3 years, and we had a wonderful experience. Laura, the manager, is very responsive and accommodating. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly. The complex itself is fairly quiet, and the other tenants have always been friendly. Great location close to the 202 as well. Overall, we would definitely recommend Emparrado to others looking in the Mesa area!
