Horrible customer service. They are not willing to fix anything or even spray. It’s infested with roaches. I’m not sure what kind of operation they are running. No one hardly even speaks English or even understand anything. Horrible front desk staff. Do not move here. Please don’t !!

My family was in need of a place fast. Been Homeless for almost a yr. The new owner took care of us and we have a great spot by the pool. sure this place has some older feel to it but it is far better than a lot of places around, they keep it pest free so no roaches! like most of mesa has. new paint and a quiet home. love to go walking on the nearby canal path.

There is no clubhouse, playground, onsite management. Water damage, raw sewage, no ceiling fans, no wi-fi, no carpets, mold, hours of mopping up sewer water on more than one occasion. Trash everywhere, dirty diapers by the mailbox, dirty clothes left outside, children playing in the sewage. It's a wonder no one has come down with e-coli. Just try getting the sewage smell out of the house. Old wooden kitchen cabinets that don't close, they have no handles, wood is rotted, all the doors are warped... and don't close properly. Doesn't know how to actually do their job. Mold. Water damage. Poor maintenance response. Have fun waiting forever for these useless people. Losers i swear.

there is no play ground or clubhouse the countertop is not granite the ceiling is not vaulted . Chamberlin managment is dishonest. Theere is ac but no heat. There is no dryer hook up the lint from the dryer goes into the inside air
