This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I have lived in apartments for 30 years and I have never been treated so poorly. You have to ring a bell to get let in the office, that tells you everything, they get so many complaints and tenets in the office they have to regulate if you can speak to them or not. They NEVER answer the phone. The parking lot is horrible, trash everywhere and speed bumps will destroy your car. They will make up any excuse to get more and more money... out of you for the dumbest reasons. They need to do better, but that will never happen so do not move here. All the other reviews are very accurate. Cars vandalized, broken into and apartments even being broken into as well. They don’t care about the apartments or the tenants. Overall, just don’t do it unless you have too.

I got referred by vally kings and i regret it they moved me into a place infested with roches and my vehicle was vandalized and all that was told to me that there was nothing that can ve done my electric went out 2 times already and also i need multiplethings fixed. Its april and i moved in only in feburary. Im posting on ever site i can find beware and i recommend never looking at this place nor vally kings as a service to look for apartments

Wow thank goodness I have moved out. I was going to resign so thankful I didn’t being a single mother the rent was affordable however nothing is worth having roaches crawl on you while you sleep. The fear of being attacked in day light by roaches of every life stage consumed my mind whenever I was home, it wasn’t just a thought the infestation was so bad they would just appear like I was in their apartment. I treated the problem a lot on my own because let’s face it request to get things done... never happened. I will say the two times during the summer when my ac broke they moved fast. I can’t believe I put myself and child in that living conditions. I am so happy to finally be out of there. The one good thing is that you cannot hear your neighbors and the price also the ladies in the office seemed friendly but then again that is the job. If you have no other option, then move here. I read bad reviews and still moved in. There are some of the same things wrong with my apartment as the day I moved in almost a month later!

- it’s like no walk through was done after the last tenant left! Most of the sockets didn’t work, the kitchen sink fills with dirty water when using the garbage disposal and dish washer, the guest bathroom tub wasn’t even working, the washing machine makes enough grinding noise to wake the neighbors and... garments don’t come out clean, the refrigerator, stove, and oven ( which a i am still waiting on a seal for) are all very old. Lots of roaches of all sizes showed up the day after move in, sink stoppers not there or not working, neighbors leave baby diapers outside and old TVs and furniture, arguing almost daily, kids running around unsupervised, cats everywhere and the smell of cat pee along with them. I have made maintenance requests and they’re marked complete online when things aren’t resolved. Maybe maintenance doesn’t know how to fix things. The positives are management is nice and there is an option to break the lease. They also include pest control. A grumpy guy showed up and sprayed in places that you’d mop your floors. What good is that?

Make no mistake, THESE ARE EXPENSIVE roach infested PROJECTS! Tonight I came home to find someone else in my tiny parking spot. I’m wondering if they’ve assigned somebody else my spot by mistake. Kinda like when my mailbox key didn’t work upon move in. Careful with maintenance also. They accidentally left copies of my own key in my apartment while working on something.
