Kitchen lightbulb It's taking more then a month to get it replaced. My maintenance order keeps saying it's done but I submitted 2-3 times and it's still not replaced

Didn’t tell us that the ac was out, dishwasher is clogged as well as the bathroom sink being clogged as well…..
