The apartment is good but the female staff in leasing office are really terrible, they never listen to what you say but insist their words for the whole time, she said I put some wood into the disposal area which is so ridiculous, I told her what is happening and she keep yelling at me and a strong maintenance staff also helped her to yelling at me and even ask me to leave the office, their voice even higher than mine and they seems they are the boss of this apartment. The pool and grounds are well kept, but the apartments are terrible. There is a SCORPION infestation! I've found 4 scorpions in my first 3 months living here. I reported it and they agreed that they did have a scorpion situation, but they didn't assure me that they would do anything about it or apologize for not informing us of their problem before we moved here. The apartment itself is not worth the price. My sink leaks and they have not fixed it. We can hear our neighbors all the time and im… sure they can hear us. Random people walk into the complex and there has been reports of cars being broken into. The gym has been broken into and weights were stolen. I have lived in both the 2X2 and the 2X1 floor plan here and I love both of them! The office staff is so nice and they actually care about you. It feels like a community, unlike a lot of apartment complexes around the ASU area. It's a short walk to the light rail which is super convenient, and you can't really hear it, so that's a bonus.

Whenever I have a maintenance issue it is taken care of quickly, and the communication is good between the maintenance staff, the residents, and the office… staff. When my fiance and I were moving between the 2X2 and the 2X1 I asked to tour the model like 10 times and they were so accommodating and really work to make you feel like you have a home there. They have some choices of wall colors that they can come in and paint that you don't have to paint back when you move, and I have an accent wall in my kitchen that I adore. It's a little pricey in my opinion, but we got ours for free since we have lived here for 3 years.

The units themselves seem spacious for what they are, and the cabinet space in the 2X1 is unmatched by anywhere I've seen. The bathrooms lack counter space but that's honestly my biggest complaint about living here!

The gym is nice and has everything I need. The pool area is nice to relax in although there was a couple months here recently where it was closed a lot. They also have a dog park at the back of the complex which is basically just a big fenced in field for your dog to run around in, which is well maintained.

Overall I really love this place. I am going to be so sad when we have to move, which eventually will happen for our careers. Every place is going to charge you move out fees. That's how apartments make money. I feel safe here, and I feel like I am at home, and that's what matters to me! Read More

Relocated here from 2400 miles away, we reserved an apt online. The pictures online are very close to what you actually get. Fresh but could use some new flooring. With that said, it's a very nice place to live. Apt is roomy and clean, no bugs! Private balcony is nice. Maintenance is very prompt in fixing minor things, he's also friendly and helpful. Nice pool area. Staff is very friendly. Everything you need is within a mile or 2. There are some noise issues but that's just inconsiderate… neighbors. Don't like the combined water usage.
