Contract was due back in August, and didnt see myself signing off again. To start, two years ago I moved in with my 3 kids to a 1 bed with the promise to move in to a 2 bed. Never happened, not only that, I started getting a boatload of maintenance issues. And time after time, it was so called "fixed", it wasnt. To this day, there is alot of mold, water damage and honestly I cannot live there anymore. Also its very noisy, chairs in front my my door, people having parties with inflatable castles... taking 5 or 6 parking spots. YES, people there think they can do whatever. Also loud noises almost on a daily basis, from the apartment next to me, to the apartment above me. Like I said I will be out soon, and I get a call thretening to pay up after giving a 30 day notice. Well to start off these apartments were full of bed bugs, the exterminator said all of the apartments here were full of them, which sucked.
This aprtment is also kinda've broken like i would say in the bathroom on top of the bathtub it had a hole because whenever the people upstairs showered it would leak . Also rhe AC started leaking so for like a weak we had to have buckets in the middle of the hall way because there was alot of water everywhere and I always tell my mom to get a new... apartment but she says she cant because of the contract she has with these apartments and because there really cheap.
