    Lots of improvements in 2years...

    When I 1st moved in my apt was infested with big sewer cockroaches. The fast ones an every time I turned off a light they would be trying to crawl on me! My dish washer was broken and the sounds coming from my paper thin walls kept me up.
    Fast forward into year 2 an no more roach problem, dishwasher got replaced, an ...well I finally got my closest neighbors to stop making noise late at night.

    We have Tweeker park right across the street, an our elevator & laundromat is frequently trashed...    … but we do have 2 great matence guys working long days to fix stuff back up.

    Laundry room got no AC an sometimes elevator is broken but its not a bad place to live.
