Lots of improvements in 2years...
When I 1st moved in my apt was infested with big sewer cockroaches. The fast ones an every time I turned off a light they would be trying to crawl on me! My dish washer was broken and the sounds coming from my paper thin walls kept me up.
Fast forward into year 2 an no more roach problem, dishwasher got replaced, an ...well I finally got my closest neighbors to stop making noise late at night.
We have Tweeker park right across the street, an our elevator & laundromat is frequently trashed...... but we do have 2 great matence guys working long days to fix stuff back up.
Laundry room got no AC an sometimes elevator is broken but its not a bad place to live.

Great Quiet Apt Communiry
I love living here because my apartment is huge. The property is well kept and clean. The manager is terrific. She is prompt at getting what you need done. It's quiet and I love the big onsite laundry.
