DON'T RENT HERE

I paid a deposit of $355.00 a month ago to hold an apartment, I was not approved and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND BACK' called Three times and ' the checks in the mail. My Attorney said "let's Sue...so I am suing this company to get my funds back. Just a warning on what the company is like!!

This is unfortunate to hear that you have had this experience with your refund. The security deposit of $300 is fully refundable if unqualified. Unfortunately, without more information on this situation we cannot assist unless you contact the… community manager directly at the leasing office. We are in business to help people with their living situations not hinder them from their funds to do so.
