Quincy is in a nice neighborhood. Local shopping center is very convenient with Smiths and fast food options. The apartments are spacious and having a garage is a bonus (but the shape each garage is in upon move in can be questionable). Parking is tight, so be warned that typically every weekday by 6:00 pm every parking spot is taken. The complex doesn’t verify or reserve parking in any way beyond garages. Even though the pool is heated, the pools are closed September through May. This is... contrary to what we were told when we toured, which was that the pools would be open year round.

Love living at Quincy. The staff are always helpful, supportive and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. The price is a bit high but it’s convenient to everything.

Pros: spacious units, garages, dog park, close to shopping and a park.
Cons: maintenance team does poor work on work orders, parking is difficult to find in the evening, office raises rent every year despite offering newly renovated units for lower prices, bug infestations (roaches) are common no matter how clean and how much you spray, pool closes mid September and does not reopen until late May (despite the fact that there is a hot tub and on our tour they told us the pool was heated and... usable year round…), neighbors do not respect quiet hours, office does not enforce lease policies (such as not using your garage as a storage locker filled with junk, everyone does it and they don’t care).

The apartment is modern and clean, with high-quality finishes and appliances. I especially appreciate the spacious layout and large windows that bring in a lot of natural light. The building is quiet, which has made settling in and adjusting to the new space a lot easier.
