I am enjoying living here very much. The leasing staff and maintenance are amazing. They do everything to make sure your move in goes smoothly. Maintenance goes above and beyond to make sure your problems are resolved quickly.

The only thing I was disappointed in was a lot of the things in the apartment were not cleaned prior to moving in. Otherwise the office staff were very helpful in getting maintenance to help. I still have some outstanding repairs that need to be done.

At this time I would not recommend Westmount at Urban Trails. The neighborhood noise has increased dramatically in the past three months and this place is not for quiet, professionals who enjoy calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Overall the experience I have had here was good! The apartments are comfortable and the layouts are convenient and well thought out. The only issues I’ve had related to communication from the staff (I think due to learning curve while onboarding new associates) on issues or concerns. Otherwise good location for a decent price.
